If you are struggling to Connect Your Account or Sign In to the App, it is usually down to a couple of reasons...

  1. You may be trying to 'connect your account' when you need to 'sign in'.
  2. You may be signing in on our old Web Portal from Pre-App days.

Here's what to do...

Step 1:

If you want to use The Web Browser Version of the App, please make sure you are using this link.

Step 2:

Make sure you are using the E-mail address we confirmed as your login in your Welcome E-mail. Be sure to type it in exactly, avoiding typos and spaces. 

*Insider tip: Occasionally it can help to copy and paste your E-mail address into the E-mail Address Field.

Step 3:

Be sure you are trying to 'sign in' - not 'connect account.
