Give these tips a try:

  • If you are experiencing the error message “it’s not you, it’s us, try again.”, please make sure you are connected to the internet. Make sure the App has permission to run on your data if you won't be connected to wifi.

  • Check you have space on your device for the App to operate efficiently (you need 60 MB)

  • Sign fully out and close the App before trying again.

  • Try deleting and reinstalling the App. ( Apple, Android)

  • Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the App. ( Apple, Android)

  • Try deleting cookies on your device.

  • If using the Web App on your computer, try using Shift+command+R (Mac) or ctrl+F5 (pc) to force a refresh

  • It's possible that your internet firewalls are at play... do you have the same issue in other locations (like a coffee shop?)
  • Please check on other devices! Try a computer, a partner's device, a friend's, the library computer - anywhere. Keep track of what devices you try.
